All bookings at ATA & Aesthetics Training Academy require a deposit. Unfortunately these deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments– if given 48 hours notice for an appointment the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
If in the event a client has to self isolate, the deposit will automatically be transferred.
Training Courses– we require 7 days notice to move the training to a new date, and to transfer the deposit to a new course date.
All payments made by bank transfer or card machine adhere to the same cancellation policy.
If your appointment is moved by us due to covid-19 we will reschedule a new suitable date.
